Smoke from the engine

Hello,
I bought an Edel 4 with yamaha 8 2t. The engine stands in the engine « hole » on the end of cockpit but it is smoking really too much, it is very uncomfortable to drive the boat. So I was wondering if anyone made the adjustments to engine so that the gases would go out of the boat.

The boat is great otherwise, we sailed on her today and it was great!

In a first step Just have a look on your ignition and spark plug. Clean it and verify the measurement on electrode. Second step clean your air filter.
Try it and come back to us if it doesn’t work. To make sure, make the both ! ;)
